A flexible temperature probe can be placed in a liquid container to ensure that the required sterilization time only starts when the fluids themselves are at the temperature stated in the protocol.

A dramatic reduction in cooling time to just one third of that from a conventional design is an important advantage as sterilizing fluids have a large heat capacity. A fractionated exhaust system with steam condensation prevents liquids from boiling as pressure is reduced. This feature also protects fragile products such as glassware from breaking.

Proof that the products have been subjected to the correct sterilization conditions is provided by NüveStore™ SD card writer  or with Nüve SteamArt™ software for the ultimate in traceability and viewing on PC.

Careful design provides a larger flask capacity than most steam sterilizers of similar volume for the most popular flasks.
